The private garden with massive terrace overlooks the valley and hillside, and beautiful views and sunsets.

The garden to the rear of the property is like being in the countryside and is over two acres in size. Mostly laid out to wild flower pastures with cut paths winding through the area. There is a secure pond, and one of the boundary lines is bordered by a small river, with woods to the side of the land. There is a wide variety of wild life in the garden including woodpeckers, jays, and kingfishers. There are also a greater variety of smaller birds. Pine martins live in the wood that borders the land and the pond is teaming with pond life.

The garden contains fruit tress such as cherry, pear, apple, peach, apricot, plum and fig. There is also a large walnut tree. Although being conveniently situated in a small town, it feels as though one is right in the middle of the countryside.

On the huge terrace there are tables and chairs and a full size ping pong table. The above ground swimming pool, with safety fence, has a Swedish wood surround and removable steps for young children’s safety.
